CDI’s projects in Entrepreneurship and Health both focus on empowering talented Tanzanian students and nurses to start successful social enterprises serving Dar es Salaam’s slums.
As a volunteer, you will be providing mentorship and hands-on guidance - you could be helping to develop an innovative financing model that brings medicines to those currently priced out of the market, or devising a strategy for student start-ups to market their products/services in the slums. Whichever project you join, you will get the chance to work creatively, experience entrepreneurship in a challenging environment and develop valuable business skills for your next venture.
